Refunds & Exchanges

1. Our Commitment to You

At Blessed and Made, every product is carefully selected and packed with care. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read through our policy below so you know exactly where you stand.

 

2. Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us regarding a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@blessedandmade.co.za with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item (especially if it is damaged or faulty)

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags are still attached (where applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Satin scrunchies
  • Satin hair bows
  • Satin bonnets
  • Satin headbands
  • Any opened health or wellness supplements (including Forever Living products)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

If any of the above items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us immediately at hello@blessedandmade.co.za with your order number and photos. We will arrange one of the following at no additional cost to you:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A full refund

We ask that you report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

 

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or refund
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.

 

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
  • We do not offer cash refunds — refunds are processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit

8. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

Our return address will be provided to you via email once your return request has been approved.

 

9. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit in place of a refund. Store credit:

  • Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used on any product across our website
  • Is non-transferable and has no cash value

10. Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not limited by this policy. If you believe your consumer rights have not been honoured, you may contact the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za.
