You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us regarding a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

We ask that you report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned via the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.
